COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thread-craft T-3823 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micron such as the UTR0750500RM07517 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4310 manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1212B by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Andover-Controls Brand 010010091 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexnord such as ZP5208F equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UT0100160RM10069 made by Micron as well as the popular VC315509 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZB2400 by Rexnord and ZP5208F spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WE40X1938RB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
