COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thread Craft T1001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tokyo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trio-Motion-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torqmax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tokyo-Electron such as the S4556 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P3010027 manufactured by Trio-Motion-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Trio-Motion-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11151216 by Manufacturer Torqmax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trio-Motion-Technology Brand P28001166 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as 18170706 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tol-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tol-o-matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSM32 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular TZ12A original spares produced by Traub Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RT50 by Toshiba and 18170706 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3MM9126WI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken. |
