COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thread Craft 74D-RDR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Topworx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the LB01K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27500024 manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7313568DCA by Manufacturer Topworx as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tokyo-Electron Brand FNCMONITOR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trio-Motion-Technology such as P30100206 equipment made by Trio-Motion-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trio-Motion-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trio-Motion-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 133529 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular KLR80ATB4 original spares produced by Trans-col Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG18 by Torino and P30100206 spares by Trio-Motion-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BCS10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tolomatic. |
