COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson UTR090-040-0-RM075-40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Acces-Io-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zinwave parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advanced-Protection-Tech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Acces-Io-Products such as the USBDIO32I spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZIN3020001 manufactured by Zinwave and we are pleased to be able to service most Zinwave systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TE05XAS15E1 by Manufacturer Advanced-Protection-Tech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advanced-Protection-Tech Brand TE03XRS20E1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aaon such as K00190 equipment made by Aaon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aaon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aaon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RN01080B7K2 made by Aaon as well as the popular WIBRIXP original spares produced by Accutech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 161TPIU3 by Acromag and K00190 spares by Aaon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VC4900MEPR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Celerity. |
