COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson SSUTWNA20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyogiken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Touch-Controls-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyogiken such as the C16DCT1V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA5P manufactured by Timotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Timotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTD15031100EWMRPN by Manufacturer Touch-Controls-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tol-o-matic Brand MRS341XJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triad such as 2R200SR equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7833379 made by Thomson as well as the popular DCA120 original spares produced by Tokimec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 741TR10M29S2316L374 by Tri-clover and 2R200SR spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22L21500R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
