COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson SSU24WCR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the CQPI3D200C2PA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC2103730 manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 012P2V by Manufacturer Toei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tol-o-matic Brand 18170707 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque-Systems such as MS400A10T2N12ZZ28TSFCFM3 equipment made by Torque-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 77A7 made by Thyssenkrupp as well as the popular VF7 original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRD2T2000BF by Trd-2t2000bf-Trd2t2000bf-Koyo-Rotary-Al and MS400A10T2N12ZZ28TSFCFM3 spares by Torque-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
