COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson SSU20CR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tr-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tol-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Electronic such as the 17150073 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5150831 manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36049612 by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toledo-Transducers Brand SS1242 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Totalcomp such as CSP1B10100K30S5 equipment made by Totalcomp have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130G2U5120 made by Tosvert as well as the popular 11001977 original spares produced by Tr-Electronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32513817E402 by Thomson and CSP1B10100K30S5 spares by Totalcomp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyopuc.
