COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson SSEPBOM25DD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trane product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the 18250003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC3M304699 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 297704E11 by Manufacturer Trane as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tol-o-matic Brand B3S196334 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyo-Machinery such as OFP40 equipment made by Toyo-Machinery have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyo-Machinery products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyo-Machinery" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OL2662 made by Tocco as well as the popular C62H50015P5 original spares produced by Transducers-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TK75 by Tol-O-Matic and OFP40 spares by Toyo-Machinery are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSUPBO20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson. |
