COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson SSEPBAM30DD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Topworx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tol-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the SR9BFBI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7E33658DCA manufactured by Topworx and we are pleased to be able to service most Topworx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 355601 by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thread-Craft Brand T1001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trans-Tek such as 03520000 equipment made by Trans-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trans-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trans-Tek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0104SDSR41AP made by Toshiba as well as the popular KL6440RSTSB original spares produced by Toyota Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 67630U109071 by Toyota and 03520000 spares by Trans-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT0180043521 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyko-Electron. |
