COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson S24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyopuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the P50B7020DBVT3E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B3S15 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RMTS by Manufacturer Toyopuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand SSEPBOM40DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tocco such as D212955 equipment made by Tocco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tocco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tocco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5441A made by Tork as well as the popular SRA24L48 original spares produced by Thomson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7833379 by Thomson and D212955 spares by Tocco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 389512035513 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tokyo-Electron.
