COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGM7J01AFC6SSGD7SR90A00A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCSAC800FmoduleFI830F manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS15TX01BV2 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

Spare units by Proface such as PL6921T41278005403 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A61L00010072 by Fanuc and PL6921T41278005403 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAM10000B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Orientec.
