COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson RD10HL1000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the TWN12ADJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPI31200C2PA manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2N3A2315D by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tocco Brand D212962 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tokyo-Electron such as 10VZ3223 equipment made by Tokyo-Electron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo-Electron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo-Electron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR24 made by Thomson as well as the popular SPB24 original spares produced by Thomson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EP1000SB by Tokyo-Seimitsu and 10VZ3223 spares by Tokyo-Electron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C16DCT1V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyogiken.
