COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson MS25LE0N0200-045N505A0A00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tol-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the MXE16P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H2218122 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36000039 by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyo-Machinery Brand OFP40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomson such as SSUTWNA20 equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPTWNOM40 made by Thomson as well as the popular 1112128DCA original spares produced by Topworx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G14337C097800163 by Toptek and SSUTWNA20 spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCA450Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toho. |
