COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson CD20AAAH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tol-o-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tocco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tol-o-matic such as the MRS341XJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D212955 manufactured by Tocco and we are pleased to be able to service most Tocco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2MM211WIDUL by Manufacturer Timken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand LSRA24L24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tokyo such as CS3330F equipment made by Tokyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D1205B518 made by Thomson as well as the popular SR8 original spares produced by Thomson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BCS10SN02SK39LMIKT3MRV23XJ by Tolomatic and CS3330F spares by Tokyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S4556 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tokyo-Electron. |
