COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson BSPP01500L0200M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tr-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Topworx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyogiken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Electronic such as the 11001595 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7513568DCA manufactured by Topworx and we are pleased to be able to service most Topworx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C16DCT1V by Manufacturer Toyogiken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyo Brand ETH14L10550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as PU038U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Tdepd3030003q9 made by Transducers-Direct as well as the popular MC256SA07 original spares produced by Toyoda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CVSF0342HDA0100000000 by Trane and PU038U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B3SD15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tol-o-matic. |
