COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson AT010-050-SO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harmonic-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the CM28 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSS25502AGRSP manufactured by Harmonic-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C350T015NS1 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Goodyear Brand D1000H200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHS6235Y59 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BL3ALTF56C2BD2 made by Tech as well as the popular DTMQ2322 original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C194204 by Gulf and CHHS6235Y59 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B2300MQ180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ohio. |
