COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson 521H20A+340 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toauto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tokyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toauto such as the FTBD723BFTBMC1087S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 522P25A1000 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CS3330F by Manufacturer Tokyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand RD10HL1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomson such as 522P45A1000 equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FNYBUTWN24ALS made by Thomson as well as the popular G1435P5C097800141 original spares produced by Toptek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC205SK10FM2RT0 by Tol-o-matic and 522P45A1000 spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2205B512D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson. |
