COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson 511H35F0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tokyo-Seimitsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the MG7K129A00X136S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BCES150 manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EP1000SB by Manufacturer Tokyo-Seimitsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand ESAP4BTRB110MM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as B3SD15 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SSUTWNA16 made by Thomson as well as the popular 377078 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAK2 by Timken and B3SD15 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPTWNM16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson.
