COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thomson 2DA0800BL12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thomson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the SSETWNAM20DD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC210SK10000 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 521H35A460000Y20000 by Manufacturer Thomson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tol-o-matic Brand 5100739 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as 36009803 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tol-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tol-o-matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5005186 made by Ti as well as the popular SSUPBO16 original spares produced by Thomson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAM30ADJ by Thomson and 36009803 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 521H20A1240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson. |
