COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson UTR014-040-0-RM142-96 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 W.m.-Berg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Electric such as the 5674S11F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS602C0T160L manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature cc311 by Manufacturer W.m.-Berg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand EE420801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as 6050448006CBC1500AHF equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5371273003UM2101020 made by Warner as well as the popular CBN3242SB36 original spares produced by Us-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5370751009 by Warner and 6050448006CBC1500AHF spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
