COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson SSEM30WW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Walther-Flender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Gearmotors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Walther-Flender such as the 7AA63M06V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R276H0977043N manufactured by Us-Gearmotors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Gearmotors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BL329BXXZZZDS2 by Manufacturer Toyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand HM516448 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as 5352631001 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0494560030 made by Toyota as well as the popular 2260200 original spares produced by Tolomatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5370273001 by Warner and 5352631001 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 421437 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken. |
