COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson DTR90-040-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the C2052BS14H1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2750200 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7115448005 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand MB262Q140LR10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Von-Ruden such as 31310 equipment made by Von-Ruden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Von-Ruden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Von-Ruden" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9999113290 made by Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) as well as the popular MM9108KCRC3 original spares produced by Timken Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42218000C348 by Thompson and 31310 spares by Von-Ruden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3551011624HD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viking. |
