COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson DT115-005-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued W.c.-Branham products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader W.c.-Branham such as the 1203SA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XDT115005 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5300631040 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tsubaki Brand 2080AS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vicor,-Westcor such as 244080601 equipment made by Vicor,-Westcor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vicor,-Westcor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vicor,-Westcor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 665 made by Timken as well as the popular 140243E11 original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2060200 by Tolomatic and 244080601 spares by Vicor,-Westcor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5203751001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
