COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson ATR014-005-SS-OAM-161 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vigo-drive-Rv parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the 64418479C937 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P30J036C10 manufactured by Vigo-drive-Rv and we are pleased to be able to service most Vigo-drive-Rv systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 120SF12 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand 65120407H307 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as 42690 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available tt2xss made by Torq-Tender as well as the popular PB250FM original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 212X2750 by Victaulic and 42690 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 919191 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
