COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson 8115-448-071 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5114451018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 141450031 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5365111005 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 67790 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Var-spe such as 11120650214Z44 equipment made by Var-spe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Var-spe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Var-spe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 47490474200 made by Timken as well as the popular AL1044AL original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 47A40L18 by Tigear and 11120650214Z44 spares by Var-spe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 423142797853 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thompson. |
