COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson 34-615775-8587 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ab-Osai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Man-Roland-/-Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon such as the 2402PC3DHOHL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 254400001 manufactured by Ab-Osai and we are pleased to be able to service most Ab-Osai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30500600220 by Manufacturer Man-Roland-/-Sew-eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FT60848AH711EL0ZN05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT60828AF711DA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2000M made by Fanuc as well as the popular 2025PM original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 207352 by Graco and 1FT60828AF711DA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1TTA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
