COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thompson 2RB16-201320 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tokimec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thomson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the TWN4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCA120 manufactured by Tokimec and we are pleased to be able to service most Tokimec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSEPBM25DD by Manufacturer Thomson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand 511P45A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tippkemper-matrix such as ILD201S equipment made by Tippkemper-matrix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tippkemper-matrix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tippkemper-matrix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R2001436442 made by Thomson as well as the popular FNYBUPBO24ALLS original spares produced by Thomson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CG45BACN by Thomson and ILD201S spares by Tippkemper-matrix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS33LC0N0400055N001A0A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson. |
