COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thk GL20B+4000L-NR-A030616 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued W.m.-Berg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Usem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader W.m.-Berg such as the W16B35F50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U15P2D manufactured by Usem and we are pleased to be able to service most Usem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SUPER32OPN by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 2MM9111WICR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as 82550 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DT090015321149967564 made by Thompson as well as the popular BE7878 original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23Q30LR56 by Tigear and 82550 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5301101006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
