COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thk GL20B+4000L-NR-A030616 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyota product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the BE7878 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS603LA1 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0494560030 by Manufacturer Toyota as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tsubaki Brand RS503RPU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vogel such as 319235013D72644 equipment made by Vogel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vogel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vogel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JP12010 made by Timken as well as the popular 5312631034 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 63069101 by Titan-Oils and 319235013D72644 spares by Vogel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki. |
