COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thk GL15S16+400-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the HSR20CA2SSCO280LP11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 321133476956 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HRW21380L by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand SHS25C1SSGK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as SNS45LC2ZZHHC0S1010LHS equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SRS15C made by Thk as well as the popular HSR45TBSS original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 511H45A0DLW by Thomson and SNS45LC2ZZHHC0S1010LHS spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LFB60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thk. |
