COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thermo Scientific 850-1012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Om product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 4Z524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6WY48 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5IK40GKAA by Manufacturer Om as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand 621203502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nissei such as 7ED08127RSM3A1 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 529874824 made by Marathon as well as the popular 819355501 original spares produced by A.-O.-Smith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 58CD56ND91 by Ge and 7ED08127RSM3A1 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7151PS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accu-coder. |
