COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Therma-wave 18-007478 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tritronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the TD592M255 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NC50CP80FZ3X2 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECONOEYE by Manufacturer Tritronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson-Accuglide Brand CG25CEBN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri such as P115 equipment made by Tri have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC010GI14A1MLUAPN8XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular 11000089303V001 original spares produced by Tr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG200F05 by Triad and P115 spares by Tri are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI10G30KAP6X7M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
