COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron SH060-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tr-Bgt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Bgt such as the 1940SK9513068981 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBN2303SB345U140 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UTR010015 by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tymco-International Brand 5011533 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as QVVSN12V055ST equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3551052417FS made by Viking as well as the popular W16B35F50 original spares produced by W.m.-Berg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LV30 by Vogel and QVVSN12V055ST spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 355140C04718 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viking. |
