COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron SH025A404-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma-Giken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yasakawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma-Giken such as the SGSA550 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMAS04AXADH134106270020 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMG44ASA by Manufacturer Yasakawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand S79GE00P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as S5782M0 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMPH08A1EHG12 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SER39B4L3SSOAOO original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMPH01ANAYR11 by Yaskawa and S5782M0 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMDH06A2AYR24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
