COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron MH030-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tri-clover product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the 1200100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG1160P8M40 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 400208 by Manufacturer Tri-clover as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 47490474200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tolomatic such as 2040200 equipment made by Tolomatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tolomatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tolomatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM10060L made by Tsubaki as well as the popular 3551012795 original spares produced by Viking

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 141450031 by Us-Motor and 2040200 spares by Tolomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT42050SRM115203 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thompson.
