COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron KU50-W1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torque-hub product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 25527 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TGX70H manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 114990N1150040616A535 by Manufacturer Torque-hub as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tsubaki Brand 2W092 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Veyance such as 14GTR99437 equipment made by Veyance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veyance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veyance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BG896P8M40 made by Tsubaki as well as the popular 20Q25H14 original spares produced by Tigear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJDR100MM by Timken and 14GTR99437 spares by Veyance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RATIO201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tigear.
