COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron HU50-3 OPTION 60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uniline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the JP6049JP6010B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40P20 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B2238MQ56 by Manufacturer Uniline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us/emerson Brand 102807 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thompson such as NT42050POOQ346117982796 equipment made by Thompson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thompson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thompson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LM67010 made by Timken as well as the popular 7AA63M06V original spares produced by Walther-Flender Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVH50A9022 by Textron and NT42050POOQ346117982796 spares by Thompson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DTR1150120RM11552 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thompson. |
