COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron H050B186-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued John-Crane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader John-Crane such as the JRNP75 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR94764 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KAF107AQA1901 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand KAZ87AM213KS102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hub such as MB210 equipment made by Hub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hub" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAF67A made by Sew as well as the popular NJ2313EM1AC3 original spares produced by Fag Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MW145 by Rexnord and MB210 spares by Hub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K402SG0250ES72 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
