COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron 3HV35A71P-W9B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Umc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Utex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Umc such as the 51038 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U100090187 manufactured by Utex and we are pleased to be able to service most Utex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5370271214 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Von-Ruden Brand 523565401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as ED2M1LY equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MUA1316W1103KR made by Timken as well as the popular 3551011624HD original spares produced by Viking Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CBN2201BSB54U180 by Us-Motor and ED2M1LY spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TKKH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
