COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron 04408952-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U.-S.-Electrical-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U.-S.-Electrical-Motors such as the RB97018332 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2060HK1 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 64118541C958 by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Viking Brand 3551005627 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as NA03063SW90032 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2147159 made by Us-Syncrogear as well as the popular QS14L42 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20Q25H14 by Tigear and NA03063SW90032 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GVFD11516 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken. |
