COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Texas Hydraulics 17065 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tork-Tender parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 6779020024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT1X02 manufactured by Tork-Tender and we are pleased to be able to service most Tork-Tender systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MH0401 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand 32513760G101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Universal-Instruments such as 43274101 equipment made by Universal-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Universal-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Universal-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7190000 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular GMT400U20B original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MH015A907 by Textron and 43274101 spares by Universal-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HM911245 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken. |
