COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tenpower2002 Plastex parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Terumo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the FK10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2HRA35120UU664L manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 304174 by Manufacturer Terumo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand RSR20VMUU280LM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR25R2QZUU340L equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KR4610D940P made by Thk as well as the popular NRTL original spares produced by The-Electron-Machine-Corp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KR3310A500L00100 by Thk and HSR25R2QZUU340L spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
