COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tendamatic H35056 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo-Fisher-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermotron such as the 1143356 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80IADFNCB manufactured by Thermo-Fisher-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo-Fisher-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MEKR4620D740L0000003010000 by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand BTK251053221000LT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR30LR2SSC1760LP11 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2LMT20SUU600L made by Thk as well as the popular KR2602A250L00000 original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR15A2SSC1280C by Thk and HSR30LR2SSC1760LP11 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S3700934 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tesa-Axial-Probe-Gauge. |
