COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temtex 2661JU-040-117SR1.5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tr-Electronic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Electron such as the PiCPT4133 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bi8M18AP6XH1141 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE35S20600252 by Manufacturer Tr-Electronic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI8M18AP6XS100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Transducer-Techniques such as RTS10 equipment made by Transducer-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Transducer-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Transducer-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Bi10TQ34ADZ30X2B1131S34 made by Turck as well as the popular LNFSF200GPM24FROWDZ20 original spares produced by Ufm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6RKF30CS12 by Turck and RTS10 spares by Transducer-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1430NC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tn-Technologies. |
