COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonics MRA1N1D24F0M01114S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fireye parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NS10TV00B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NX3100 manufactured by Fireye and we are pleased to be able to service most Fireye systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SNAT7670ABA by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Berkeley-Process Brand MWTX4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raytek such as RAYMR1SCCFBEN equipment made by Raytek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raytek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raytek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SF68193 made by Reliance as well as the popular PS103T2DD1AD3 original spares produced by Schrader-Bellows Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S43EAB0P010 by Modicon and RAYMR1SCCFBEN spares by Raytek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT600SST121B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
