COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonics GHS0210UF302FI2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Texas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thayer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas such as the 5101101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D3804 manufactured by Thermo and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D22591E by Manufacturer Thayer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand GL20N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HRW7CA2SSC1540L equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TP0318D made by Temptronic as well as the popular RHM0150MD62IC1012 original spares produced by Temposonics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR15A2SS340L by Thk and HRW7CA2SSC1540L spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
