COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonics 11017050100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-Sensors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Sensors such as the 3B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHS20C manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSR30B2SS57L by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Temposonics Brand TTSRBU0240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR30B2SSC1840LH7 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TEB0095 made by Tex-Computer as well as the popular 5005062 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5002112 by Texas-Instruments and HSR30B2SSC1840LH7 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHS0060VD602NO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics. |
