COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonic GPM0500MD601R01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Terra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tri product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Terra such as the 160050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 525941 manufactured by Thermotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSDRF1 by Manufacturer Tri as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI30K40SRFZ3X2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thornton such as 250531 equipment made by Thornton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thornton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thornton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WIM45UNTLLIU5X203RS4 made by Turck as well as the popular Bi8M18AP6XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the dpm3 by Transducer-Techniques and 250531 spares by Thornton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG200F19 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triad. |
