COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonic GHS0300MR022A0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo-Measure-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Bi2PRS476AZ33XB1130S34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FF0G8T0480N00S manufactured by Thermo-Measure-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo-Measure-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A3375 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Si30K33VN6X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Testar-Marposs such as 3441562000 equipment made by Testar-Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Testar-Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Testar-Marposs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BI2G12RZ33XB3131 made by Turck as well as the popular TD592M255 original spares produced by Transducer-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8MB12Z55RSM190 by Turck and 3441562000 spares by Testar-Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SEN0205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trane. |
