COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonic GHA0400MRR82R01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the LT6EQ21RLU0X3H1151 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NI30Q130ADZ30X2B1131 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi40CP80FD230X2 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Ni20CP40FZ3X2S10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tokyo-Seiki such as SENPD0105 equipment made by Tokyo-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo-Seiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B12GT made by Turck as well as the popular BC3M12AN6X original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi2PRS749AZ14XB1131S34 by Turck and SENPD0105 spares by Tokyo-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bi30RW30DAP6XH1141F2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
